Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. Delivery availability is checked using the address and PIN code supplied during checkout. Some remote or restricted locations may require additional time or may not be serviceable by our courier partners.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery window is 5–10 working days after the order is confirmed. This includes customization, quality checking, packing and courier transit. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before the order is placed. The amount may vary by delivery location, order value, package size or an active offer.

Tracking your order

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be linked to your order. Use the Track Order page with the requested order information to see the latest available status. Courier scans can sometimes take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address changes and failed delivery

Please check the recipient name, complete address, PIN code and phone number before placing the order. Request an address correction as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after production or dispatch has begun.

If a parcel is returned because the address or phone number was incorrect, delivery was repeatedly refused, or the recipient was unavailable, a fresh shipping charge may apply before re-dispatch.

Delays, damage or missing parcels

Weather, local restrictions, courier disruptions and other events outside our reasonable control can affect the estimate. If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, or the parcel arrives visibly damaged, contact us with the order number and supporting photos or video so we can investigate.
